Ever thought of doing your Master’s degree in Russia?
It was recently announced that the Высшая Школа Экономики (Higher School of Economics), one of the most well known universities of Russia, is now offering foreign students the opportunity to transfer to one of its four campuses. The campuses are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Нижний новгород (Nizhny Novgorod) and Пермь (Perm).
This project was developed to address the recent economic events, which have made higher educational programs in Russia more attractive to both Russian and non-Russian speakers studying abroad, but also to cater to foreign students interested in experiencing the academic life in Russia.
Although there aren’t many foreigners studying in Russia, the number is expected to grow, says Tеймураз Вашакмадзе, – a senior lecturer and director of the master’s program at the Институт бизнеса и делового администрирования (ИБДА).
Even though ВШЭ has over 60 bachelor and over 100 master’s programs available for students to choose from, only 17 master’s programs are being taught in English so far. To know more about these master’s programs, please go to http://www.hse.ru/en/education/.
If you wish to apply for a transfer to one of the four campuses, please refer to this e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to send your curriculum.
For those interested in this opportunity, I wish you good luck!
